Description

Non-Competitive: If a member representing one business or profession switches to another category, which will conflict with another business within the group, that member will be asked to leave the leads group.

Guests:  Pipeline group prospective members may visit the group twice to determine if they would like to join and participate.  Visitors may introduce themselves and their business, but may not participate in the exchange of leads, business cards or other promotional material.

Compensation:  Pipeline Group members are not required to compensate other Leads Group members with any type of monetary or product reward when a lead results in new business for another group member.  Pipeline Group members should not expect nor ask for compensation for any lead which results in a sale or increased business for the member.

Membership Waiting List:  The Chamber will maintain a waiting list of competitive businesses who are interested in joining the Pipeline Group.  If a business ceases to be a member and there are competitive businesses on the waiting list the Chairperson will contact potential members in the order of the waiting list and extend an invitation to the business to join the Pipeline Group.

Additional Leads Groups:  If there are competitive businesses on the waiting list for membership an additional Pipeline Group may be formed by those Chamber members.

Maumelle Area Chamber Liaison:  The Chamber will provide a staff person to sit in on all meetings to assist in the clerical operation of the group.  The staff will keep an attendance roster and a waiting list for potential new members as well as handle billing and other needs of the group.
